October is a great month in the hill country and what a better way to get out and enjoy this splendid weather is the Oktoberfest in Fredericksburg. This year it is their 30th anniversary. Attending Oktoberfest is a great way to kick start the fall and celebrate Texas' German heritage in true Bavarian fashion.
